She holds a Degree and a PhD in Psychology (with special emphasis on Neurosciences and Psychobiology) and a Degree in Educational Psychology. She serves as an Associate Profesor of Research and Diagnostic Methods in Education in the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Universidad de Málaga.
She specializes in Neuroscience and Educational Sciences and has expertise in educational neuropsychology assessment and intervention (i.e., attending neurodevelopmental disorders, specific needs of educational support, special needs, or high Intellectual abilities). She has published in JCR indexed journals and other relevant outlets in several areas.
Her research topics include neurosciences and psychopharmacology, neurodevelopment and neurolearning, and neuropsychopedagogical intervention in students with specific needs of educational support. She is a regular collaborator of diverse universities (Universidad de Málaga, UNED) and other research institutes (IBIMA).
